… we will be saved by his life. (Rom 5:10)
Isa 55:6 Seek you Yahweh while he may be found; call you on him while he is near: 7 let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to Yahweh, and he will have mercy on him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
1 Jhn 5:11 The testimony is this, that God gave to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 The person who has the Son has this life. The person who does not have the Son of God does not have this life.
Joh 5:26 For as the Father has life in himself, even so he gave to the Son also to have life in himself. 27 He also gave him authority to execute judgment, because he is a son of man.
Eph 1:4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and without blemish before him in love; 5 having predestined us for adoption as children through Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his desire, 7 in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace,
Col 1:13 He has rescued us from the power of darkness and has brought us into the kingdom of the Son whom he loves, 14 In him we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
Rom 8:9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if it is so that the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if any man doesn’t have the Spirit of Christ, he is not his. 8:14 For as many as are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
Rom 5:5 Now this hope does not disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. – All who are truly repentant and returned (turned back from evil) have the Holy Spirit of God. The believer knows it as he receives the fruits of the Holy Spirit, which are: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control (Gal 5:22-23).
Rom 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we will be saved from God’s wrath through him. 10 For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.”
Verse 9 explains that believers have been forgiven of their sins through Christ’s blood, that is, through his death. This means the believers have forgiven all their former sins. Paul also adds becoming rescued from the anger of anguish of the great tribulation and from the great destruction of the Lord’s day. From this we can also conclude that the resurrection takes place before the culmination of the Lord’s day of destruction. Equally important is salvation through the life of Christ. 1 Cor 15:17 says: If Christ has not been raised, your faith is vain; you are still in your sins. 18 Then they also who are fallen asleep in Christ have perished.
Act 2:38 Peter said to them, “Repent, and be baptized, everyone of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. – If someone does not have this gift, he or she will not have life i.e. salvation.
Jhn 17:15 I am not asking you to take them out of the world but to protect them from the evil one [Satan]. 16 They do not belong to the world, just as I do not belong to the world. 17 Sanctify them in your truth. Your word is truth.
Mar 7:7 Their worship of me is empty, because they teach human rules as doctrines. 8 You abandon the commandment of God and hold to human tradition. 9 Then he said to them, You have a fine way of rejecting the commandment of God in order to keep your own tradition!
