God tells us to love our enemies: Mat 5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, – If sinners at the last judgment are enemies of God, should God not follow his own commandment and love them? God instructed us to forgive those who have violated us, if necessary “seventy times seven”. Why would God himself not be gracious and forgiving to his creatures, but would send them to suffer in the lake of fire forever?
Why? God says in the Bible that he wills to save everyone. However, He intends to destroy most of humanity. There is a fiery lake for the sinners, where they will be thrown into eternal torture of fire.
Rom 8:20-21 For the creation was subjected to vanity, not of its own will, but because of him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of decay into the liberty of the glory of the children of God.
God declares here that [the whole] creation is, against its own will, subjected to vanity, but becomes liberated from the bondage of sin (KJV bondage of corruption) to the freedom of the glory of God’s children. But, shouldn’t most of the creation be condemned for their sins and be thrown into the fiery lake forever? The Romans writer promises hope for the creation, but in many places, the Bible instead of hope promises damnation, weeping and gnashing of teeth, eternal departure from God, etc.
God created men, and he subdued them under “vanity”. Older English translations, such as KJV, use the word vanity, which could be characterized not only by vanity, but also by pursuit of self-interest, by living in this world. God also made sure that there are righteous men among those who are his elect.
That is how I have come to an important conclusion; In his own wisdom, God made an important division of his creation. We have also read how God gave faith to each one according to his own discretion. Thinking of salvation people start from a different level to contend for the prize of eternal life. I must definitely come to the conclusion, that God corrects the situation at the last judgment and makes it easy to obtain salvation. We already know from the Bible, that it is enough to cry for salvation by one word: Jesus!
Act 17: 31 for he has set a day when he is going to judge the world with justice through a man he has appointed, and he has given proof of this to everyone by raising him from the dead.”
